That the Director of Strategic Planning and Community Development provide the Committee on Finance with a list of any and all code violations issued against the owner of 46 Pearl Street; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That the City Solicitor provide the Committee with a report of any legal action taken by the city against same.
