To the Honorable Board:

I hereby convey a memorandum from the Somerville Bicycle Advisory Committee.  The safety education activities discussed herein are important components of the City's overall education efforts, which were discussed at the Public Health and Public Safety Committee on 10/19/16.  The Administration looks forward to working with the Board to expand our educational programming for 2017.
