That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) install two U-shaped bicycle parking posts on the sidewalk on the south side of Highland Avenue, between Porter and Conwell Streets, for use by residents and shoppers patronizing the businesses across the street.
