To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request a transfer of $19,613 from Salary Contingency to the Fire Department, Other Lump Sum Benefits Account to fund a retroactive salary for the promotion of Sean Keane to Captain in the Fire Department as stipulated in the case of the United States of America v. City of Somerville, US District Court Civil Action Docket No. 16-10223-JCB.
