To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $10,693 from the Veterans Memorial and Founders Ice Rink Retained Earnings certified as of July 1, 2016 to the FY2018 Veterans Memorial and Founders Ice Rink Enterprise Fund Budget. This appropriation will serve as a budgeted subsidy to the FY 2018 Veterans Memorial Ice Rink Budget.
