To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request a transfer of $16,250 from the Salary Contingency Account to the Health & Human Services Personal Services Salaries Account to establish an Environmental Health Liaison position at an annual salary of $65,000. An appropriation of $16,250 is requested to cover the remaining 13 weeks of fiscal year 2018.
