That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) and the Director of Health confer with the Licensing Commission to investigate why the Armory on Highland Avenue was allowed to use its driveway from 2:00 PM to Midnight to cook and prepare food and to use it as a staging area for setting up and serving those attending the wedding function taking place inside the facility on Saturday April 20, 2013; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That this Board be informed of all violations that took place that day and what actions will be taken to ensure it will not happen again in the future.
