That the Administration consider the following requests as part of the FY-20 budget preparation: 1. Funding to staff an analysis of how to reach 30% or 40% deed restricted units by 2040; 2. Additional funding for project management, service delivery, and coordination for out-of-school time especially for underserved populations such as low-income students and teenagers; 3. Funding of a software engineer who can support technology architecture and integration across divisions.
