That the Superintendent of Inspectional Services, the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Planning), and the City Solicitor meet with a committee of this Board to discuss how the city can more effectively deal with developers who repeatedly violate city ordinances and regulations, and what actions the city can take to prevent and deter such violations.
