Dear Honorable Board Members:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $227,500 and authorization to borrow $227,500 for the cost of improvements to Conway Park, consisting of construction of thirty new parking spaces, construction of an outdoor rink bed, installation of LED Bollards, and assorted traffic mitigation measures. These improvements relate to the Veterans Memorial Ice Rink.
