To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a public access and maintenance access easement from 299 Broadway Property Owner LLC for the 299 Broadway development project. The areas covered include the Civic Plaza, pathway through the pedestrian mews, and pathway from Temple Street to Sewall Park. The easement will also include a corresponding landscape management and maintenance plan (LMMP). This easement is intended to be executed and recorded at the time of the development team’s financial closing in late Summer or early Fall 2025.
