That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, the Director of Capital Planning,  and the City Engineer create a timeline from September 2016 to September 2019 for streetscape reconstruction projects in Ward 2 to include: the Prospect Street and Webster Avenue two-way redirection project, MWRA water work, street repaving for various locations, Beacon Street reconstruction, Union Square traffic redesign and all anticipated detours and street closings for utility work that is known or anticipated within the requested time frame, and post the timeline on the city’s website with continual updates as changes occur.
