To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $9,425,000.00 for the renovation of Lincoln Park, and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $9,425,000.00 to meet said appropriation.

This appropriation will be used to improve safety, sustainability, and accessibility of the 6.6 acre park and Argenziano schoolyard.
