To the Honorable Board:

Don Briggs from Federal Realty spoke to Alderman White today to request an opportunity to speak at tonight's meeting of the Board of Aldermen. Specifically, Don would like to respond to a resolution passed by the Board on January 22 regarding the use of union construction labor at Assembly Row. Please consider this a request to suspend the rules during tonight's meeting so that Don Briggs can address the resolution.
