That the Director of Traffic and Parking install solar-powered flashing “SLOW, CHILDREN CROSSING” or “SLOW, YIELD TO PEDESTRIANS” signs and/or a 20 mph flashing speed limit sign, on Central Street in the Hoyt Sullivan Playground area, as there are two day care centers and many families that cross Central Street in that area.
