That the Commissioner of Public Works ensure that the two street lights on Skilton Avenue, along the tracks closest to 240 Pearl Street, are continually illuminated, as police and fire personnel have been called to this location to respond to individuals gathered there after dusk; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That the Chief of Police monitor this location on a regular basis, from dusk to dawn.
