That this Board’s Committee on Legislative Matters amend Section 1 -11, “Penalties and violations” of the City Code of Ordinances to increase the fines on Rodent Control from 1st offense $50, 2^nd offense $100, 3^rd & subsequent offense $300 to 1^st offense $100, 2^nd offense $300, 3^rd & subsequent offense $500.
