To the Honorable City Council:

Enclosed for your deliberation is tracked and clean copy of revised sewer and engineering ordinance, reflecting the recommendations approved by the Legislative Matters Committee on Thursday,

May 7, 2020.  Per the request of Chair Davis, I have made a change since the meeting to address his concerns relative to the enforcement language.
