The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the appropriation of $1,616,575 from the Receipts Reserved for Appropriation, Parking Meter Receipts Account  for the purpose of reducing the FY2023 Tax Rate.

This appropriation is required for the FY2023 Tax Recapitulation Sheet Filing to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
