That the Director of Traffic and Parking enforce the “No Parking Anytime” restriction on the east side of Lowell Street, north of Albion Street, as trucks are parking to the corner, causing cars exiting Albion Street, crossing Lowell Street and heading west to have to pull way out into the intersection to see if there is traffic coming over the Lowell Street bridge.
