That the Commissioner of Public Works respond to the numerous complaints received from Ward 5 residents and report to this Board on why snow plows cannot go at a slower speed to avoid throwing snow up over the curb and onto sidewalks, either making residents’ snow-clearing much harder or ruining the work they have already done.
