To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of one million, seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,750,000) from Unreserved Fund Balance (“Free Cash”) for the purpose of reducing the Fiscal Year 2019 tax levy.
