Dear Honorable Board Members:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of forty seven thousand ($47,000.00) From the Capital Projects Stabilization Fund (Fund 7500) for the payment of a five year Elgin Street Sweeper lease. The new sweeper will replace one that has aged beyond repair.
