To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council consider and:
1) accept a pedestrian access easement over portions of land at 495 Columbia Street owned by Boynton Gateway Owner, LLC, for the purpose of pedestrian access to the portions of the sidewalk on private property of 599 Somerville Ventures, LLC, and;
2) approve a grant of a license from the City to Boynton Gateway Owner, LLC for performing maintenance obligations of the portions of the sidewalk and bike lanes located within the right of way owned by the City of Somerville.
