To the Honorable Board:

On October 11, 2011, the City of Somerville entered into a House Doctor contract with CDR Maguire.  This was a three-year contract with one-year options to extend for the second and third years.  As of July 31, 2014 this contract had expired.  We previously requested and received a six-month extension that will expire on January 31, 2015. We are respectfully requesting one additional six month extension to complete outstanding projects initiated with this firm. 

According to Section 2-369 of the Somerville Code, we may not award or extend any contract term beyond three years without the BOA Approval.
