To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept a grant of $208,734 from MA DOT. , under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant requires a match of $59,664 which has been previously appropriated in the Central Hill project budget. The purpose of this grant is to pay for Blue Bike program expansion. No new appropriation is requested at this time. The grant will be managed by OSPCD Mobility Division.
