That the Commissioner of Public Works, the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) and the Director of Traffic and Parking take the necessary steps to ensure that the barriers surrounding the 296 Beacon Street Building insure the safe passing of pedestrians and that directing pedestrians to cross Beacon Street be eliminated as the option for pedestrians walking down that section of Beacon Street.
