To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council vote to create the 378 Highland Ave Stabilization Fund and accept $3,000 for the Fund, under the provisions of MGL 40, Section 5B. This Fund will be used for establishment of a parklet as stipulated in the attached Zoning Board of Appeals Decision.
