To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the attached open space access easement from BRE-BMR ASSEMBLY INNOVATION I LLC, and BRE-BMR MIDDLESEX LLC (each to the extent of their ownership) for the public to gather, pass and repass from dawn to dusk and for such other activities as may approved by applicable City permits as described in the easement document.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
