To the Honorable City Council:

 

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a contract with City Hall Systems, Inc. for contract #230289 for Payment Gateway and Merchant Services (online bill payment services) for two (2) years. The new expiration date will be 12/17/2027. Although an additional three-year extension is allowed under the contract, a two-year extension is hereby requested to enable both the Treasury and Parking departments to stagger the termination dates of major departmental contracts.
