To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $808,639 from the Salary and Wage Stabilization Fund to the  Personal Services Account, Other Lump Sum Benefits Account in the Police Department to fund the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Somerville and the Somerville Police Superior Officers Association.  The Agreement spans the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021.

The appropriation funds the retroactive years of the Agreement FY-2019-FY2021.
