To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable City Council, the rescission of a $355,000 portion of the appropriation authorized by the City Council on September 23, 2021 and approved by the Mayor on October 4, 2021 to pay costs of the replacement of lead services lines as part of the MWRA Lead Replacement Program, and make an appropriation of $355,000 to pay costs of the replacement of lead service lines and authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $355,000 bonds of the City to meet said appropriation.
