To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request your approval of a lease for the West Broadway Police Substation at

1114 Broadway. The space consists of 950 square feet of office space consisting of three (3) rooms plus a half bathroom, and additional basement storage space.

The term will be 36 months, commencing September 1st, 2012 and terminating August 31st, 2015, with the option to extend the lease for two additional years.  The rent will be $1,500 per month for a total of $54,000 over three years.

The contract is attached for your consideration and my staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.
