Requesting an appropriation and authorization to borrow $120,000 in a bond for Engine 7 Roof Replacement.

To the Honorable Board:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $120,000.00 for the replacement of Engine 7 roof and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $120,000.00 to meet said appropriation.

To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $120,000.00 as provided by M.G.L. Chapter 44.

The Engine 7 Roof Replacement is part of the City’s Capital Investment Plan.
