To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) from Unreserved Fund Balance (“Free Cash”) to the Capital Projects Stabilization Fund for the purpose of funding necessary Capital Improvements in Fiscal Year 2012 and beyond
