Dear Honorable Board Members:

I hereby request, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $298,220.00 for the renovation of Morse-Kelley Park and authorization for the City Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor to borrow $298,220.00 to meet said appropriation.

To meet said appropriation, the Treasurer will be authorized to borrow $298,220.00 as provided by M.G.L. Chapter 44.

The Morse-Kelley Park Renovation is part of the City’s Capital Investment Plan. As outlined in the Capital Investment Plan, debt service for this project will be funded from the Assembly Square Stabilization Fund.
