To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $74,095 from the Salary Contingency Account to various Personal Services Accounts in the attached list of Departments for the purpose of establishing and funding several new positions as required in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Somerville and the Somerville Municipal Employees Association Unit B, effective for the period July 1, 2016-June 30,2019.

The titles of positions, new annual salaries, and appropriation amounts required for the remainder of FY2019 are contained in the attached spreadsheet.
