To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request a transfer in the amount of $75,000.00 from the Law Department’s Judgments/Settlements Account (#0199052-576000) to the Law Department’s Legal Services Account (#0115152-530010).   This amount will cover the cost of ongoing legal services provided by outside counsel.
