That the Commissioner of Public Works inspect the tree and the raised sidewalk panel at 22 Quincy Street, determine the health of the tree and make any necessary repairs to the sidewalk to provide for pedestrian safety and determine if the tree roots are causing damage to a retaining wall on private property.
