To the Honorable Board:

Pursuant to Section 2-121 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Somerville, I hereby request your approval to retain the services of outside legal counsel to provide environmental legal advice and representation, particularly regarding Conway Park remediation.

Pierce Atwood's environmental attorneys are skilled in environmental issues including those at issue in this matter.
