That the Director of Traffic and Parking install two DO NOT ENTER - EXCEPT ABUTTERS signs at the corner of Durham and Beacon Streets, on the existing sign poles, to increase visibility for traffic on Dane Street which may be tempted to divert through Duck Village during the extensive detour.
