To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a revised fee schedule for permit applications submitted to the Planning Board, Historic Preservation Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals.
These increases bring our fee schedule more in line with permitting fees charged in the metro region and better account for actual time spent by staff for application review. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
