To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $115,000 from the Veterans Memorial Ice Rink Retained Earnings certified as of July 1, 2014 to the FY 2016 Veterans Memorial Ice Rink Enterprise Fund Budget.

This appropriation will serve as a budgeted subsidy to the FY 2016 Veterans Memorial Ice Rink Budget.
