That this Board of Aldermen go on record in support of the DREAM Act being considered by congress right now and urges our Congressman and Senators to support the DREAM Act, which provides certain conditional rights and protections to children of immigrants. And be it Further Resolved, That this Board also commends Congressman Michael Capuano for his leadership on this matter, and supports his efforts to secure its passage.
