To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council accept a grant of $10,000 from the Somerville Public Library Foundation to the Somerville Public Library, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A. This grant does not require the commitment of new matching funds. The purpose of this grant is to pay for the installation of an outdoor WiFi pop-up in front of the Central Library.
