That the City Treasurer provide this Board with information regarding residents’ complaints pertaining to the timeliness of their receipt of excise tax bills; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that if the responsibility for the bills tardiness lies with the City, that the City make restitution to those residents who are now facing fines because their excise tax bills were not received in a timely manner.
