To the Honorable City Council:

 

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $30,000 from the Health and Human Services Personnel Services Account (0151251-511000) to the Professional and Technical Services Account (0151252-530000) for the purposes of funding increased costs to support the continued operations of the FY2026 Warming Center through April 13, 2026. This transfer is needed to allow for the Warming Center and External Security program to run smoothly through the end date of April 13, 2026.
