To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council accept and approve expending a donation of $370 from Tufts University Softball team to the Health and Human Services, Office of Food Access and Healthy Communities, Somerville Mobile Farmers Market Revolving Fund, under the provisions of MGL Chapter 44, Section 53A.
The purpose of this donation is to support market needs such as produce, supplies, equipment etc.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
