Request to Create Hoyt Sullivan Playground Consolidated Gift Account

To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to authorize the Hoyt Sullivan Playground

Consolidated Gift Account, under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44, Section 53A.  This consolidated gift account will be used to accept gifts and donations to be used for improvements to the playground. 

OSPCD staff will be available to respond to any questions you may have.
