To the Honorable Board:

Attached you will find a draft ordinance providing for the registration and maintenance of vacant commercial and industrial buildings along with a draft amendment to section 1-11(b) to provide penalties for violation of the proposed ordinance. 

This ordinance is being submitted in response to Alderman McLaughlin's Board Order #206046.
